"Thank You, M'am", by Langston Hughes Summary

This story is about a a black boy 14 year olds. Who is trys to snatch a big black woman walking homee from her at 11' clock at night. The reason why he wanted to take this woman's bag was to use her money. So that he would be able to buy those new blue suede shoed. Yet he didn't succeed in takein her big because the strap broke. So at the end he had to be taught a lesson by the big black lady. Who name was Mrs. Luella Bates Washington Jones.
